About Us
80/20 Physical Therapy is a locally owned outpatient physical therapy clinic focused on one-on-one care, strong team culture, and organized systems.
We are growing and looking for an Admin Support Specialist team member to help strengthen workflow behind the scenes and support our busy administrative department.
Position Summary
This is not a traditional receptionist role.
This position supports the admin team with high-volume operational tasks that keep the clinic running smoothly. The role focuses on organization, accuracy, and helping reduce administrative backlog in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Chart input and EMR updates
- Insurance verification and authorization tracking
- Processing daily faxes and voicemail messages
- Administrative follow-up and patient communication
- Scheduling support and workflow coordination
- Assisting with records, referrals, and documentation
- Supporting admin coverage during high-volume periods
- Maintaining organized and timely task completion
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of office or administrative experience
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
- Ability to return to interrupted tasks without losing accuracy
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Healthcare or medical office experience preferred
- EMR experience preferred

Schedule
