What You’ll Be Doing
As the Bar Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our bar operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily bar operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Managing and mentoring bar staff to deliver top-notch customer service.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and alcohol service regulations.
- Creating and maintaining an inviting and well-organized bar environment.
- Collaborating with event organizers to meet specific bar-related needs.
- Handling cash and maintaining accurate financial records for bar sales.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 3 years of bar management experience.
- A current TAPS card and food handler card.
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work nights and weekends as required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
