Construction Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, schedule, and resources required.
• Utilize construction management software such as Prolog and Primavera for project tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and review contracts, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Oversee construction estimating processes to ensure accurate budgeting for materials and labor.
• Manage project schedules using Civil 3D tools to create detailed schematics for effective execution.
• Implement effective time management strategies to optimize project workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 2 Years of experience preferred
• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in construction management software including Sage CM and Primavera is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices and contract management.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
