Full Time
Responsible for protecting the physical casino assets, maintaining a secure and safe gaming environment, investigate and report suspicious behavior, promote security and safety awareness with our employees and ensure the gaming regulations are enforced. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be friendly and reliable, available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, and have the ability to walk, stand, and maneuver without assistance throughout entire shift. Regular and punctual attendance and reliable transportation are required for this position. Must be 18 years or older. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Use of all Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for spreadsheet, reporting, and presentation development
- Ability to have a flexible schedule to provide for Casino requirements
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a high stress/profile environment
- Excellent guest service skills are essential
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers and work as a team
