7Sage is an education technology company that has helped thousands of students achieve their academic goals. We are expanding into K-12 tutoring in Waco, offering both in-person and remote support across a wide range of subjects.
Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable tutors to join our team. As a 7Sage tutor, you will primarily work one-on-one with students in grades K–12, helping them master core subjects. I
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions (in-person in Waco and/or online).
- Support students in subjects such as reading, math, language arts, and/or science.
- Assess student needs and tailor lessons to individual learning styles.
- Communicate progress and strategies to students and families.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or in progress for advanced undergraduates).
- Strong subject-matter expertise in at least one of the following: math, science, English/language arts, or standardized tests.
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and connect with K-12 students.
- Reliable, professional, and organized.
- Comfortable with technology and remote learning platforms.
