What are the responsibilities and job description for the Budweiser Product Placement Coordinator position at 7G Distributing, LLC?
Job vision:
Ensure that 7G Distributing will drive profitable volume growth, market share, and maintain its position among Suppliers as a leading distributor. Design effective strategies and measuring execution to drive revenue growth toward 7G Distributing goals. This will in part be accomplished by:
- Focusing on the areas and factors where 7G Distributing must improve in order to win long-term, sustainable market share while the sales team is focused on detailed, tactical execution.
- Ensuring “best-in-market” DSD service to all accounts through “best-in-class” execution and maintaining superior “partner” relationships with retailers and Suppliers.
- Serve as a role model for 7G Distributing by establishing mutual respect with management and co-workers. Lead by example to promote teamwork, cooperation and enhanced morale.
- Operate with candor, integrity and professionalism is all 7G Distributing interfaces.
Summary of essential job functions:
- Update all shelf set data on a weekly basis
- Report space tracking results on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Improve and maintain tracking standards
- Work with Key Account Manager’s, Team Leader’s on reset proposals ensuring proper placement of 7G brands for maximum sell through at retail
- Implement resets with Sales Team
- Analyze space data utilizing Planogram Management Tool
- Utilize sales data to identify opportunities to increase sales/distribution
- Communicate pertinent competitive information to Sales Team
- Work with Sales Execution Coordinator to target shelf sets for monthly point sheets
- Ride with Key Account Manager’s, Team Leader’s when possible
- Review space accuracy, shelf verification and shelf facings reports monthly
Minimum requirements:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on excel)
- Strong analytical, mathematical and communication skills necessary
- Strong leadership, facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work and drive positive results in a team environment
- Must meet insurability requirements
