Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Videographer to conceptualize, plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content across seasonal campaigns, e-commerce, lifestyle, and commercial projects. This role requires a creative professional who is equally comfortable behind the camera and in post-production, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Conceptualize, plan, shoot, and edit video content for campaigns, e-commerce, ads, social media, and website use

· Operate and manage camera, lighting, audio, gimbal, and drone equipment as needed

· Edit, color grade, and deliver final video assets across multiple platforms and formats

· Maintain consistent visual style, color grading, and brand tone across all projects

· Manage media organization, workflows, and project timelines from production through delivery

· Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams on concepts and execution

· Ensure assets are optimized for various aspect ratios and distribution channels

Required Qualifications

· 3–5 years of professional videography experience

· Strong editing and color grading experience (required)

· Experience with motion graphics and sound design

· Strong understanding of lighting, exposure, composition, and audio capture

· Ability to work independently or with small production crews

· Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

· Fashion and/or e-commerce video experience

· Experience with Sony Alpha DSLR and Sony Cinema Line cameras

· Lighting and gaffer experience

· Proficiency in Final Cut Pro

Preferred Skills & Experience

· Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or DaVinci Resolve

· Gimbal and drone operation experience (FAA Part 107 certification a plus)

· Strong visual taste and understanding of fashion and lifestyle aesthetics

· Experience editing for multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1)

· Ability to maintain consistent color grading and brand look across projects

· Run-and-gun and location-shoot experience with minimal crew

· Experience working on seasonal fashion campaigns
