About the Role:
One Source Hospitality Solutions is hiring a Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor for a large resort-style property in Key West, Florida, zip code 33040. We are seeking an experienced, bilingual leader to oversee daily housekeeping operations. This is a hands-on role that ensures quality, efficiency, and team coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff during assigned shifts.
Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Communicate daily room assignments and priorities.
Assist with cleaning duties as needed, especially in high-demand periods
Address and resolve guest and team concerns professionally
Maintain inventory of supplies and report needs to management.
Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation policies
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hotel housekeeping experience
Fluent in Spanish or Creole (required)
Previous supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to motivate a team
Availability to work flexible full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays
