Role Description
This is a freelance, project-based opportunity for Spanish Interpreters located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, or available to support remote interpretation needs. We are seeking interpreters who can provide high-quality OPI (Over-the-Phone Interpretation), VRI (Video Remote Interpretation), and in-person Spanish interpretation services.
Responsibilities include facilitating clear and accurate communication in a variety of settings, including medical, community, and professional environments. Interpreters are expected to deliver culturally sensitive and linguistically precise interpretation, maintain strict professionalism and confidentiality, and uphold all industry standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, with skills in simultaneous interpretation and general interpreting
- Experience with medical interpretation and translation services
- Strong background in delivering language services with cultural sensitivity
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
- Relevant certifications in interpretation/translation or fluency testing are a plus
- Previous experience in a healthcare or professional setting is an advantage
