What You’ll Do
- Own and execute regional field marketing strategies aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
- Plan and deliver high-impact events (executive dinners, roundtables, trade shows, webinars) end-to-end
- Partner closely with sales to target key accounts and support deal acceleration
- Build and run account-based marketing (ABM) programs for high-value prospects
- Launch integrated, multi-channel campaigns across field, digital, and partner channels
- Experiment with AI-driven tools and tactics to personalize outreach and improve performance
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Identify and develop co-marketing opportunities with partners, customers, and industry communities
- 4 years in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing (preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity)
- Proven track record of driving pipeline through events and regional programs
- Strong experience working closely with sales teams and revenue targets
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign ROI and performance
- Exceptional communication and project management skills
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience in cybersecurity or AI companies
- Familiarity with ABM strategies and enterprise sales cycles
- Comfort experimenting with AI tools in marketing workflows
