- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
- Assist guests with reservations, inquiries, and special requests to enhance their experience
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, payments, and reservations in compliance with hotel policies
Pay: $16.90 - $18.50 per hour
