As an Ob/Gyn physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services, including prenatal, labor, and postpartum care, as well as routine gynecological exams. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care to patients
- Conduct routine exams, screenings, and diagnostic tests
- Manage and oversee prenatal and postnatal care
- Perform surgeries and procedures as needed
- Educate patients on health, wellness, and preventive care
- Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to enhance patient care
- Stay current with advancements and best practices in Ob/Gyn
- Participate in community outreach and educational programs
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Current medical license to practice in the state
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Excellent clinical skills and a strong patient-centered approach
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Schedule: 4-5 days per week
1:4 call rotation
Setting: Clinic and hospital
Patient Volume: 15–20 per day
Duties: Outpatient family medicine, OB care and deliveries, occasional pediatric admissions, and long-term care/nursing facility coverage
Support Staff: 4 Family Medicine physicians
Must be board-certified
DEA required
