**Practice Overview:**

• **Population Composition:** Predominantly young adults with a low percentage of pediatric patients. Primarily includes Medicare and Medicaid recipients.

**Clinical Metrics:**

• **Daily Patient Volume:** Office visits range from 15 to 20 per day.

• **Births:** Approximately 700 yearly, averaging 58 monthly.

**Locum Tenens Schedule:**

• **Work and Call Responsibilities:** Call coverage is required for 2 weekends per month, from Friday 7 AM to Monday 7 AM.

**Required Clinical Procedures:**

- Leep procedures - Colposcopies - IUD insertion and removal

- Nexplanon insertion and removal - Endometrial biopsy - Hospital deliveries

**Licensure and Certification Requirements:**

• **State License:** Must hold an active Iowa medical license.

• **Board Certification:** Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN).

• **Experience:** Candidates must demonstrate current, active, and recent obstetric experience. ACLS and PALS certification may also be required.
