Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical assessments and patient care
- Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions
- Collaborate effectively with nursing and administrative staff
- Participate in daily rounds and patient management discussions
- Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Advise on patient admissions and discharges where necessary
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on medical advancements
- MD degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of residency in Internal Medicine
- Active medical license in the state of practice
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a hospitalist role preferred
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Patient Volume: 90-100 per day, 7-12 admits per night
Must be able to perform standard procedures
Support Staff: Hospitalist, APP
EMR: Cerner
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
Salary : $150 - $175
