Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients
- Conduct routine examinations, screenings, and preventive care
- Manage labor and delivery processes
- Diagnose and treat various women's health conditions
- Consult and collaborate with other medical professionals as needed
- Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately
- Participate in patient education and counseling
- Oversee the care of both high-risk and low-risk pregnancies
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Board certification in Ob/Gyn (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
- Proficient in medical software and record-keeping systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in an Ob/Gyn role is preferred
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment
Schedule: 24-hour in-house call shifts, 7a-7a
Level II NICU
Annual Volume: 250 deliveries
Support Staff: In-house anesthesia
EMR: Meditech
Board certification required
Paid travel & expenses
