Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments
- Implement treatment plans in coordination with healthcare teams
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout their stay
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers
- Educate patients and families about health management
- Adhere to hospital protocols and quality assurance standards
- Participate in continuous medical education and training
- Manage patient admissions and discharges efficiently
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Active medical license in California or eligibility for licensure
- Experience in Internal Medicine or related fields preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work various shifts as required
12-hour shifts
No call requirement
Patient Volume: 14-18 per day
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
Additional Certifications: ACLS
