Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia safely and effectively for various surgical procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs pre, during, and post-anesthesia
- Collaborate with surgeons and medical personnel to develop anesthesia care plans
- Participate in patient assessments and develop relevant anesthesia protocols
- Educate patients and their families about anesthesia processes and recovery
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Document anesthesia care and monitor patient recovery
- Stay updated with current practices and advancements in anesthesiology
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing with CRNA certification required
- Valid RN license and certification as a Nurse Anesthetist
- Experience in anesthesia administration in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia pharmacology and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
