Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Tradeshow Warehouse Manager to lead our logistics operations for trade show events and exhibitions. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire warehouse process, ensuring seamless coordination of inventory, shipping, receiving, and distribution activities. Your leadership will drive process improvements, optimize supply chain workflows, and ensure timely delivery of materials to support our company's presence at industry events. Duties
- Manage all aspects of warehouse operations related to trade show logistics, including inventory control, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate transportation planning and freight management
- Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to maintain high productivity levels.
- Oversee procurement and purchasing activities for trade show materials, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and timely replenishment.
- Implement process improvements
- Collaborate with production planning,
- Monitor budget adherence, analyze supply chain analytics, and manage 3PL (third-party logistics) providers and Common Carrier partners for freight forwarding.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to forklift operation, warehouse distribution, and shipping & receiving procedures.
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision
- Expertise in transportation management
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, procurement, production planning, and inventory control processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with supervising experience in fast-paced warehouse environments; ability to motivate teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Forklift certified
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
