Duties

• Receive, unload, and organize shipments using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through diligent inventory management practices and regular stock counts.
• Stock shelves efficiently by following merchandising standards, ensuring products are visible, accessible, and well-presented.
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing deliveries.
• Support store operations by performing heavy lifting tasks safely and maintaining cleanliness in storage areas.
• Use multilingual communication skills to assist diverse team members and customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure proper product placement, inventory control, and overall store organization.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about product locations or availability and supporting retail sales efforts.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning work areas and ensuring safety protocols are followed during stocking activities.
• Support cashiering duties when needed, including scanning items, processing transactions, and managing retail math calculations.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with retail stocking procedures is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely; certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory management and control.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and stand or walk for extended periods throughout shifts.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are advantageous for team collaboration and customer interaction.
• Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail sales environments is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Pay: $23.43 - $28.22 per hour
