72SOLD is seeking a creative and experienced Instagram Content Creator and Social Media Manager to manage and grow the Instagram presence of Greg Hague and 72SOLD.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to turn ideas, business insights, success stories, and behind-the-scenes moments into compelling Instagram content that attracts followers, encourages engagement, and strengthens a recognizable personal and company brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Instagram content strategy for Greg Hague and 72SOLD
- Create engaging posts, Reels, Stories, carousels, captions, and other platform-specific content
- Be in the office one day per week to capture photos, videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content
- Identify content opportunities and provide creative direction during filming
- Edit short-form videos and prepare polished, on-brand graphics
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and organized content calendar
- Monitor trends, audience behavior, and platform changes
- Recommend content designed to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Review performance and use analytics to improve future content
- Engage with followers and help build an active online community
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and growing Instagram accounts for a business, executive, entrepreneur, or personal brand
- Strong portfolio featuring posts, Reels, Stories, and short-form video content
- Excellent understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, engagement strategies, and best practices
- Strong video editing, photography, writing, and storytelling skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to recognize what will capture attention
- Comfortable directing and filming executives and team members
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and consistently bring forward new ideas
- Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Real estate, business, media, or personal-brand experience is preferred but not required
