Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Keep dish area, sinks, and floors clean and organized
- Take out trash and maintain back-of-house cleanliness
- Assist cooks or prep team as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Must be available evenings (weekends included)
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required
