This job focuses on the creation, overall quality, and maintenance of our coffee and tea products. This position is directly responsible for producing our beverages by cooking and brewing teas and coffees. Our kitchen staff works in the kitchen area to ensure the delicious and consistent quality of our drinks.

Salary Range: $16.65 per hour (Non-Exempt)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Onsite)

• Perform routine beverage preparation according to established operational policies and procedures, including cooking and brewing coffee and tea.

• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized workplace.

• Follow food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines.

• Maintain attention to detail in product quality and cleanliness.

• Ensure an adequate supply of ingredients and products is prepared according to company specifications and local health regulations.

• Regularly lift at least 50 lbs. throughout the shift.

• Follow company safety policies and procedures, including proper equipment handling.

• Report to work on time for scheduled shifts and fulfill assigned responsibilities.

• Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume or unusual events.

• Communicate effectively and proactively with the Store Manager.

• Perform additional work-related tasks as assigned by a supervisor.

• Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs.

• Full availability on at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.

• Availability for morning and afternoon shifts, with all assigned duties completed no later than 6:00 PM.

• Ability to follow directions from supervisors and management.

• Ability to work productively with coworkers to meet store goals.

• Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback professionally.

• Ability to understand and follow workplace rules and procedures.

• Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

• Willingness to perform different tasks within the store as needed.

• Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
