About the Role:
In this role, the Store Manager will be responsible for on-the-floor management while maintaining administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee & tea, strong leadership skills, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position regularly demands 40 hours per week including variable hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.)
Salary Range: $25.50 per hour (Non-Exempt)
Location: Orange County, CA (Onsite)
Job Responsibilities:
In the Store Manager role, you will have an opportunity to serve our team by:
Create an enjoyable and welcoming experience for every customer that walks through our door through their management of the store's operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance, and team developmentDrive sales, increase efficiency, and provide problem-solving skills to maintain store operations and increase profitability through staffing, operations, etc.Regularly review the store environment and key business indicators to identify obstacles, concerns, and opportunities for improvements; action plans are created to drive success for these challengesNurture and coach team members for personal and professional growth as individuals, and in a team environment (setting and monitoring team members' personal goals, holding team members accountable, maintaining a "customer comes first" attitude)Provide team members with training and guidance to maintain the standards of 7 Leaves Cafe operations (customer satisfaction, product quality, safety, security, compliance, etc.)Inspire and encourage a team of dedicated and goal-driven individuals to create a positive impact in their communityCollaborates with District Managers to make the most effective decisions and achieve results that grow our business and customer baseMust be able to work at any location in the assigned district or countyHave an excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skillsHave strong leadership skills and able to use it to coach and develop team membersHave a strong team well-being and sales-focused mindsetEager to learn and build on constructive feedbackAble to manage store operations independently and effectively in a fast-paced environmentAble to manage multiple situations simultaneously and ensure that established service levels are achieved at all timesPossess the ability to deliver constructive feedback, and guide conflict resolutionAble to develop and grow future leaders for the organizationHave at least 1 year of customer service or retail management experienceProlonged periods of standing, stooping, and walkingMust be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.What We Offer:
