Role Description The Stylist role is a part-time remote position focused on delivering an elevated brand and customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing virtual styling advice, creating looks that reflect 7 For All Mankind’s aesthetic, and guiding customers in fit, wash, and product selection based on their preferences and lifestyle. The Stylist will interact with customers through digital channels, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and support online sales by recommending complete outfits and wardrobe solutions. This role also involves staying informed about current fashion trends, sharing feedback from customers with internal teams, and helping ensure that every interaction reflects the brand’s premium positioning.
Qualifications
- Strong styling, wardrobe building, and outfit coordination skills, with an eye for premium denim and contemporary fashion.
- Customer service and communication skills to provide clear, friendly, and inclusive guidance across remote and digital channels.
- Basic digital literacy, including comfort with virtual appointments, online chat or video platforms, and e-commerce tools.
- Ability to understand fit, fabric, and construction to advise customers on sizing, comfort, and product care.
- Previous experience in retail, fashion styling, or personal shopping is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a remote environment.
