Role Description
The Assistant Manager position is a part-time, on-site role located in Wrentham, MA. The Assistant Manager will support store operations by overseeing daily sales activities, coaching and mentoring team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include inventory management, team scheduling, maintaining store aesthetics, and assisting in implementing sales and marketing initiatives. This role also involves working closely with the Store Manager to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in retail operations, including inventory management and store merchandising
- Ability to analyze sales trends and implement strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Knowledge of fashion retail, preferably with experience in premium or luxury apparel
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or retail management is a plus
