What You’ll Do
As a Store Leader, you’ll:
- Inspire and lead your team to deliver outstanding service and achieve results

- Use business insights (sales reports, P&L, and metrics) to make impactful decisions

- Oversee daily operations—including cash handling, inventory, and loyalty program engagement

Additional requirements:
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- Valid Driver’s License with insurance
- Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, etc.)
