Duties
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales transactions accurately
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries
- Conduct product demos to promote features and benefits of items
- Upsell products and suggest complementary items to increase sales
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision and integrity
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain an attractive store appearance
- Assist with merchandising and inventory management, including stocking new products
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors
- Support supervising staff during peak hours or busy periods as needed
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and cashiering procedures
- Previous supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership abilities
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively to engage customers
- Bilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse clientele
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, retail math, and cash handling accurately

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32.0 per week
