- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and confidence
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to promote products effectively
- Upsell complementary items and promote ongoing sales campaigns to maximize store revenue
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support inventory management through stocking, merchandising, and participating in periodic stock counts
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions
- Previous supervising experience is a plus for guiding team members during busy periods
- Ability to conduct product demos confidently to educate customers about features and benefits
- Bilingual skills are highly valued for serving diverse customer needs effectively
