Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Cashiers and Customer Service Representatives. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders or retail purchases in a professional manner
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash register operations, including processing cash transactions, credit card payments, and providing accurate change
• Manage food service customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while maintaining food safety standards
• Upsell menu items or products to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness protocols throughout your shift
• Operate kitchen equipment safely when necessary for food preparation or service support
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and ensuring quality standards are met
• Assist in retail sales transactions beyond food service, contributing to overall store operations
• Uphold excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Skills

• Proven experience in quick service or fast-food restaurant environments with strong food industry knowledge
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to accuracy in retail math and basic math proficiency
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety management, sanitation practices, and kitchen equipment operation
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Demonstrated ability in upselling, sales techniques, and customer service excellence
• Ability to maintain a clean workspace while adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols
• Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales transactions is highly desirable
• Effective communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members
