What Youll Do

As an Assistant Manager, youll play a key role in the success of your store by:

• Leading & Supporting: Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed. Supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly.
• Delivering Great Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Build positive relationships with regular guests.
• Managing the Store: Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe. Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.
• Driving Efficiency: Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.

What Were Looking For

Were searching for team players who are ready to step up and lead.

• Experience: 24 years in a supervisory or customer service role.
• Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Mobility: Valid drivers license, proof of insurance, and flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.
