Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY: The Conversion Excellence Leader is the responsible for the Change Management and Field Coach Organizations (approx. 85 FTEs) supporting the Speedway RIS/DEX conversion of 3100 sites over three years. This leader is the primary liaison between the SSC and field implementation of RIS/DEX at Speedway Stores. They also work to influence the direction of supporting functions including training, communications, operations, retailer initiative, etc. Ultimately, this individual ensures proper design, continuous delivery, and optimization of the approach by which the field becomes aware and adopts Retailer Initiative / RIS / DEX processes and systems throughout the conversion. Success will be measured based on: - Properly trained coaches arriving on-site for each planned conversion (5 coaches per day) - Adoption & appropriate usage of systems/processes by the field - Employee turn-over / retention - Budget optimization This is a project-based role. Because projects have a start and end, this position is only available for the duration of the effort. After this assignment you will be able to go back to your role or a similar role within the company. Any bonus' you may qualify for are guaranteed for the duration of the project. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: • Strategy. Designs, directs, develops, and executes the system-wide field-based implementation framework for converting Speedway Stores to RIS 2.0. • Organization. Responsible for entire RIS Field Coach organizational structure and program. This includes hiring, travel, scheduling, and budget management. • Talent Development Liaison. Responsible for partnering with RDs/ZVPs and HRBP on coach timelines, needs, movement of coaches into their temporary assignments, and transition back to the organization afterwards. • Change Management. Accountable for overall change management strategy and field communications plan. • Communication Execution. Ensures change management and communication practices are being effectively executed. Incorporates field feedback and KPI measures to adjust in change management practices. • Proactive & Actionable Feedback. Partners closely with Rollout Implementation Owner on schedule changes, support center feedback, hypercare insights, etc. 3/8/23 51166 • Adjusts as Needed. Synthesize all inputs to provide recommendation on pace/schedule modifications. Adjust plan for modifications when needed. • Operations Leadership. Collaborates closely with the training teas, zone vice presidents, market directors, market leaders, and area leaders on training and kickoff timelines.
