The Opportunity
The Commercial Real Estate Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. Reporting to the Head of Development, this position is responsible for managing and enhancing the performance of the company's existing leased and owned real estate portfolio while supporting the continued growth of our store network.
Responsibilities include assisting in identifying and evaluating new store opportunities, negotiating new and existing leases, maintaining relationships with landlords, brokers, and other business partners, and monitoring market and competitive activity. The Commercial Real Estate Manager conducts site and financial analyses, develops and maintains the pipeline of prospective locations, and works closely with Construction, Store Operations, Marketing, and other departments to move projects from site evaluation through store opening.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three (3) years of related work experience
- Commercial real estate experience is required
- Strong knowledge of commercial leasing, lease negotiations, and related terminology
- Experience evaluating potential commercial real estate sites and opportunities
- Ability to perform financial analysis and apply investment models such as IRR and NPV
- Understanding of commercial lease terms and ability to work effectively with legal counsel
- Strong analytical, financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the Hawaiʻi commercial real estate market is highly desirable
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
