Primary responsibilities

- Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide prompt, courteous service. This includes promoting the 7-Rewards loyalty program and upselling products.
- Stocking cooler: Be able to lift heavy drinks and stock them quickly
- Cash and sales handling: Accurately handle cash, credit card, and fuel transactions. This also includes using specialty equipment for tasks like money orders and completing sales-related paperwork.
- Store operations: Stock shelves with products, ensure merchandise is faced and correctly priced, and perform general store cleaning and maintenance.
- Foodservice: Prepare and serve food items like coffee and other grab-and-go options, ensuring all health and safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
- Inventory and loss prevention: Assist with inventory checks, receive deliveries, and follow loss prevention policies.
Required skills and qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
