What You’ll Do
As a Mixing Technician, you’ll be part of the team that brings every 7 Daze flavor to life. You’ll be responsible for safely preparing and blending raw ingredients according to our master recipes and quality standards. This role blends science, craftsmanship, and attention to detail ensuring every batch meets our customers’ expectations.
Daily Responsibilities
- Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials (nicotine, propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, and flavor concentrates) with precision and consistency.
- Operate and maintain mixing tanks, pumps, and related production equipment.
- Verify batch accuracy through in-process checks and documentation.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations between batches following GMP procedures.
- Track materials and maintain organized, accurate batch records.
- Follow all chemical handling and PPE safety protocols.
- Assist with process improvements, equipment calibration, and general facility upkeep.
- Collaborate with leads and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Who You Are
- You’re dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in doing things right.
- You’re comfortable working around industrial mixers, scales, and pumps.
- You can follow recipes and written procedures with zero shortcuts.
- You work well on a team but don’t need constant supervision.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (some science or manufacturing coursework preferred).
- 1 year experience in a manufacturing, food/beverage, or chemical production role.
- Previous compounding or mixing experience strongly preferred.
- Understanding of metric weights, conversions, and basic lab principles.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
Work Environment
- ISO 6-8 certified facility.
- Clean, climate and humidity controlled facility with advanced mixing systems.
- Exposure to concentrated aromas and liquid ingredients (PPE provided).
- Fast-moving production floor where teamwork and focus matter.
