The Laundry Attendant is responsible for providing the hotel with clean linens. The scope of responsibility will include, but not be limited to: and assist/fill in as needed with the housekeeping department. This may also include providing linens to restaurants for the Casino and Cedars at Dungeness.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Collect, clean, and redistribute linens, towels, etc. in a timely manner to the hotel property.
- Adhere to Resorts’ policies and cleaning standards.
- Assist with housekeeping to maintain and clean guest rooms and common areas as needed.
- Coordinate and communicate with all departments to meet guests’ needs.
- Resolve client conflicts and concerns while maintaining superior customer service.
- Understand and maintain reputation management.
- Core competencies in current ADA and other regulatory expectations.
- Uphold and lead others in following 7 Cedars Resort’s mission and values.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hospitality and/or laundry experience preferred.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining work processes.
- Must be flexible with hours and days worked; mornings, nights, weekdays, weekends and Holidays.
