WHATS BREWING IN THIS ROLE…

The Employee Experience Associate is an entry-level member of the People and Perks team responsible for making the Home Office experience welcoming, connected, and well run. Reporting through Employee Engagement, this role facilitates the weekly Home Office all-hands people call, serves as a consistent internal voice for programs such as Freshly Brewed and training initiatives, and owns the practical details that shape the everyday office experience. The right person enjoys being in front of a group, keeps recurring programs organized, and follows through on the hands-on work that helps team members feel informed and supported.

THE FLAVOR YOU ADD…

All-Hands Coordination & Internal Communications

• Own the end-to-end coordination and facilitation of the weekly Home Office all-hands people call, including the agenda, presenter coordination, run of show, materials, technology checks, facilitation, and follow-up.
• Serve as a clear, approachable voice for Freshly Brewed, training programs, and other People and Perks initiatives so team members understand what is available, why it matters, and what action to take.
• Maintain an internal engagement and communications calendar and help prepare announcements, presentations, reminders, talking points, and program updates in partnership with program owners.

Employee Programs & Engagement

• Keep employee programs visible and easy to access, encourage participation, answer routine questions, and connect team members with the right owner when additional support is needed.
• Track attendance, participation, feedback, supply usage, and recurring issues. Summarize what the team is learning and recommend practical improvements.
• Document recurring work in simple, repeatable playbooks so programs can run consistently and scale as the organization grows.

Home Office Experience & Shared Spaces

• Own the day-to-day Home Office experience across shared employee spaces, including breakroom inventory, ordering, receiving, organizing, and restocking snacks, beverages, routine supplies, and coordination of company-provided lunches and break room dining experiences.
• Complete regular walkthroughs of shared spaces, resolve straightforward needs, and coordinate with the appropriate partner when facilities, technology, vendor, or service issues require support.

Events, Culture & Operations

• Support Home Office events, recognition moments, onboarding experiences, learning sessions, and other culture-building activities through scheduling, logistics, materials, setup, facilitation, and follow-up.
• Maintain checklists, event plans, vendor information, invoices, and basic budget tracking for recurring employee experience activities.

MUST HAVE INGREDIENTS…

• 6 months minimum relevant experience through full-time work, part-time work, internships, or campus leadership. Experience in employee experience, human resources, internal communications, office operations, events, hospitality, or customer service is helpful.
• Confidence speaking in front of groups and the ability to keep meetings focused, welcoming, and on time.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the judgment to adjust a message for different audiences and channels.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, including the ability to manage recurring deadlines, logistics, and follow-through without losing sight of the employee experience.
• A practical service mindset and the willingness to shift between highly visible facilitation and hands-on office responsibilities.
• Comfort using presentation software, spreadsheets, shared calendars, video meeting tools, and internal communication platforms. Experience with Workday or similar systems is a plus.
• Sound judgment, discretion, and respect for confidential employee and business information.
• The ability to work regularly from the Home Office and to receive, organize, and restock routine office supplies as part of the role.

• Recurring events and programs follow clear, repeatable processes, with materials, owners, timing, and follow-up documented.
• Participation data and team member feedback lead to practical improvements in communication, programming, and the Home Office experience.
