Role Description The Mental Health Clinician is a full-time, on-site role based in Palmdale, CA, providing direct therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to address a range of behavioral health needs. The clinician will provide crisis intervention, coordinate care with community resources, and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and agency standards. This role collaborates closely with multidisciplinary team members, participates in case conferences, and contributes to program development to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive services.
