We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Producer to join our team and work directly with our conservative creator. Responsibilities
- Write and structure episodes for the show, including segment outlines, scripts, talking points, and show rundowns.
- Source guests, experts, documents, and primary materials to support each episode and ensure depth, credibility, and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the host to develop episode concepts, investigative angles, and long-form story ideas.
- Conduct in-depth research and fact-check all content prior to production and publication.
- Prepare briefing materials for the host, including background research, timelines, and key questions.
- Edit video and audio content to ensure professional, broadcast-quality output.
- Assist with filming, photography, and post-production as needed.
- Manage and support social media content by drafting captions, scheduling posts, engaging audiences, and reviewing performance metrics.
- Maintain editorial standards and ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, values, and mission.
- Stay current on news cycles, industry trends, and emerging production tools to continually improve content quality.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in writing, journalism, research, or copywriting (show writing or investigative work strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to source guests, experts, and supporting materials for media or journalistic projects.
- Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail, particularly in fact-checking and source verification.
- Experience editing written and/or video content with a clear narrative focus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content distribution strategies.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience in video production, filming, or photography is a plus, but not required.
If you are passionate about finding the sources, writing the story, and producing content that informs and persuades, we encourage you to apply.
