Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Mitchell 1 Sales Representative to promote and sell industry-leading automotive repair software solutions to independent repair shops and service facilities in theFarmington and surrounding region.
This is a commission-only role with paid training and certification, ideal for someone who is self-starting, comfortable in the field, and eager to build long-term relationships within the automotive repair community.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and visit independent auto repair shops in assigned territory
- Conduct in-person and virtual demonstrations of Mitchell 1 products
- Install and assist with the setup of the Manager SE program for new customers
- Educate clients on software features, integrations, and business benefits
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers
- Handle objections and negotiate service agreements
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Document activities and leads in CRM systems
- Attend local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor platforms
Requirements
- 1 year of B2B sales experience (automotive or software sales preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable with technology and basic installations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based products
- Familiarity with auto repair shop operations
- Previous CRM experience
