Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Destin, FL for an Information Technology Manager. The IT Manager will oversee day-to-day IT operations, implement and maintain technology systems, manage IT staff, and ensure the security of the organization's technology infrastructure. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, evaluating and implementing new technologies, creating IT policies and procedures, and collaborating with other departments to meet organizational technology needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in IT Operations and Infrastructure Management, including network administration, server maintenance, and system upgrades
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, including risk assessment, threat mitigation, and maintaining compliance with data security regulations
• Experience with team management, including training, mentorship, and performance evaluation of IT staff
• Technical skills in configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various platforms
• Strong project management capabilities for overseeing IT projects from conception to completion
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in information technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
• Certifications such as CompTIA, CISSP, or PMP are a plus
