UX Strategist

UX Strategist Key Role: Explore all aspects of a customer's experience, establishing a complete understanding of their needs and preferences through a variety of tools and techniques, including extensive market research, ethnographic research, and usability translating research into actionable user insights for clients, designers, developers, and other stakeholders. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies. Basic Qualifications: 10 years of experience as a federal consultant Experience in client service and interacting with all levels of management Experience coordinating with stakeholders to establish and evolve tactical user experience plans in alignment with business strategy Experience crafting strategic roadmaps for large-scale websites Experience with Figma and working on Agile or Scrum teams Ability to give design strategy presentations to internal teams and stakeholders Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present ideas clearly Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Bachelor’s degree Vetting: Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
