Radar Engineer The Opportunity: As an electrical engineer, you understand the workings behind complex systems. That knowledge is key when it comes to developing the next generation of Electronic Warfare (EW) technologies and solutions. We’re looking for an electrical engineer who can use their skills to develop and analyze EW algorithms to provide the U.S. warfighter cutting edge capabilities in the management and dominance of the RF spectrum. That’s why we need an electrical engineer like you with a background in signal processing to help us design and develop algorithms for the characterization of a modern RF signal space. On our team, you’ll utilize modern programming languages such as C/C , MATLAB, and Python, to perform analysis on ES Receiver processing and EW technique effectiveness. You’ll impact the Air Force by identifying shortcomings and proposed modifications to the EW algorithms based on your analysis. You Have: Experience in algorithm development, system analysis, radar analysis, or AI/ML Experience with MATLAB, Python, Windows, and Linux Knowledge of digital signal processing, AI/ML, and statistical analysis Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, CS, Computer Engineering, or Physics Nice If You Have: Experience with Agile or Scrum development Experience with C Knowledge of electromagnetic field theory, radar and communications systems, and EW methods and analysis Top Secret clearance Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Statistics Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
