As an Intelligence Subject Matter Expert, you’ll bring your operational intelligence expertise, instructional design skills, and deep knowledge of Marine Corps Intelligence and law enforcement applications to work on projects for intelligence performance development programs. You’ll research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and deliver training to enhance tactical military intelligence capabilities and U.S. law enforcement intelligence operations. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes related to intelligence methodologies and training solutions. You’ll guide the work we do for the intelligence community and defense mission areas and the solutions we deliver for military missions, defense planning, national security, and intelligence training development. You Have Experience supporting intelligence training curriculum development and delivery Knowledge of Marine Corps Intelligence operations and law enforcement intelligence applications Ability to design, implement, and instruct intelligence training events across multiple geographic locations TS/SCI clearance Bachelor’s degree Instructional Systems Design or Sustainment Training Certification Nice If You Have Experience mentoring and instructing intelligence methodologies across the Intelligence Community (IC) Knowledge of sustainment training concepts and the systems approach to training Ability to conduct academic research and curriculum development for intelligence programs TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Master’s degree in Intelligence studies, national security, or related field Project Management or Advanced Instructional Design Certification Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
