As a leader on our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Security Cooperation programs. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and regular interactions with functional SMEs, clients, and other project analysts. You Have: 7 years of experience leading and managing multi-functional teams, including training, monitoring performance, managing risk, and ensuring quality delivery in alignment with contract Work Statements 3 years of experience supporting DoD program and acquisition programs 3 years of experience with FMS case management from Pre-LOR through Case Closure activities 3 years of experience developing FMS cases in the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) Experience developing high-level briefing materials and white papers Experience managing project cost, schedule, and performance, including using data visualization tools Knowledge of the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), Management Information System - International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), and Information Warehouse (IW) Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: Master’s degree Program Management Professional, Security Cooperation Development, or DAWIA Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
