Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and provide engaging tours of the brewery, highlighting our brewing process and unique offerings
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate guests about different beers, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles
- Manage social media accounts by sharing event updates, photos, and engaging content to promote the brewery’s brand
- Assist in planning and executing event marketing initiatives such as tastings, festivals, and community outreach programs
- Collect guest feedback and data during visits to help improve overall customer experience and gather insights for marketing strategies
- Support sales efforts by upselling merchandise and promoting upcoming events or new product releases
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, providing recommendations, and ensuring guests have a memorable visit
Skills
- Experience in food service or hospitality environments with a focus on customer engagement
