Shift Leader / Hourly Manager – Jersey Mike’s Subs

We are hiring for all positions, including Crew Members, Shift Leaders, and Managers in Training!

PG1 Restaurants is growing in Wytheville, VA, and we are looking for great people to join our Jersey Mike’s team! Whether you’re looking for your first restaurant job, you're an experienced Crew Member, or you’re ready to grow into leadership, we have opportunities available.

• Status: Full-time and part-time opportunities

• Schedule: Weekend availability is required

• Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and serve guests with a positive attitude

  • Prepare fresh, high-quality subs to Jersey Mike’s standards

  • Make every sub correctly, including The Mike’s Way

  • Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and ready for guests

  • Work together with the team during busy periods

  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and operating standards

• Status: Full-time position

• Schedule: Open availability required (mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed)

• Responsibilities:

  • Must be available to work all shifts and adjust your schedule based on business needs

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

  • Lead and support the team throughout each shift

  • Help with opening and closing procedures

  • Maintain food quality, cleanliness, service, and operating standards

  • Coach and support team members

  • Lead by example and help protect and promote our culture

• Status: Full-time leadership opportunity

• Schedule: Open availability required (mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed)

• Responsibilities:

  • Must be available to work all shifts and adjust your schedule based on business needs

  • Previous leadership experience preferred

  • Learn and support all areas of restaurant operations

  • Lead, coach, and develop team members

  • Support daily operations, shift goals, and store standards

  • Take the next step in developing your restaurant leadership skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Willing to learn and be coached

• Takes pride in doing things right

• Must be 18 for Shift Leader and Hourly Manager positions (federal law requires 18 to operate meat slicers)
