Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Previous restaurant experience, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings, is highly valued. The Server will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation quality
• Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting stations for new guests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Support host/host duties when needed, including seating arrangements and guest relations

Experience

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings, is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Experience with food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts and handle multiple tables simultaneously
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
• Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and sales performance
• Previous roles such as server, bartender, host/host, or busser are relevant to this position

Pay: $7.25 - $15.00 per hour
