Duties
- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools to uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic chopping or assembling ingredients to support kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, floors, and storage spaces to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow food handling safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination or spoilage.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are most important.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions clearly and communicate effectively with colleagues.
