Duties
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Assist clients with account management, order processing, and service requests, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain policies, troubleshoot problems, and offer tailored solutions that meet customer needs
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, gather feedback, or promote new products or services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette by actively listening, empathizing, and responding clearly to customer concerns
- Support client services by handling cash transactions when necessary and ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall service quality
- Use Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and correspondence as needed
- Analyze customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in call center roles or customer support positions is highly preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse client bases
- Multilingual capabilities are a strong asset for engaging with a broader audience
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy; typing speed should meet or exceed industry standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer literacy
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or promote products/services effectively when appropriate
- Experience with customer service software or CRM systems is desirable
- Good analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback for continuous improvement
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely when required
- Bilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages is preferred but not mandatory
