We are a local bar, in Downtown Matthews and a location Indian Trail (Sun Valley) We offer simple uncomplicated drinks in an unpretentious environment to provide that neighborhood bar experience. We offer a games like shuffleboard, darts, Golden Tee machines, and foosball. Our drinks list is simple and fast formula where you and customer won’t be intimidated by an overwhelming selection with drink prices clearly marked. We offer other items like craft beer, wine, and etc. We are ever evolving and looking for people with great customer service regardless of experience.

We state a wage of $15 per hour but it could be easily more, and this DOES NOT include cash tips, This is a great entry level position for the right person, as well as an experienced bartender.

We are looking for part time people at this time, great for a college student or someone that wants extra income.

Responsibilities

· Greet all guests promptly, in a friendly manner.

· Learn all products available and make recommendations.

· Produce and monitor guest drinks and anticipate needs.

· Ensure proper payment of departing guests.

· Ensure our high-quality standards and a consistent level of guest satisfaction are met.

· Provide unique, authentic, and memorable experiences for all guests.

· Be pleasant, smile, be fun have fun.

· Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure clean and professional personal appearance.

· Check customers’ identification and adhere to NC ABC guidelines

· Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.

· Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.

· Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

· General bar responsibilities from cleaning the money management

· Other bar/job responsibilities to be discuss during interview

We can make this sound like a corporate job description but let’s be honest we are a bar. We have capacity for about 50 people, we are affiliated with Seaboard Brewing, The Exchange Pizza depot, also all located within walking distance from each other in Matthews

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
